Working in Cambridge

The majority of our colleagues are based at our Cambridge site. Calling Cambridge home is one of our biggest assets. As an image of the University Printing House in Cambridge city, Cambridge combines a beautiful and historic environment with the best in leisure and entertainment facilities. The theatres, clubs and concert venues attract world-class performers and events, the recently re-developed city centre shopping area boasts all the big names in retail and, with many lovely parks, green spaces and the river, it is a truly exceptional environment.

Our Cambridge site is fifteen minutes’ walk from the railway station and a short train journey from London. There is also a gate from the Cambridgeshire Guided Busway which gives direct access (with a staff access card) to the Press site.

The UK and the European Union

You will almost certainly be aware by now that Britain has voted to leave the European Union. While nothing will change for at least two years, during which time the UK and EU will negotiate exit arrangements, we do not yet know the longer term implications of exit, such as how it might affect future employment rules and the free movement of labour between the UK and EU states.

If you are an EU national applying for a role in Cambridge (or a UK citizen applying for a role in the EU), we understand you may be concerned about a potential longer term impact of the referendum result on you. We would like to reassure you that this result will not affect your application and you will still be considered for any role you apply to.
