What are the delivery methods, transit times and charges?
For delivery within the UK:
- Delivery is handled by DPD or Royal Mail. They all aim to deliver within 7 working days following despatch
- Delivery charge per order is £3.50
For delivery outside of the UK:
- Delivery is handled by Pitney Bowes via Surface (Standard) or Air (Priority)
Priority delivery times are:
- Europe – aim is to deliver within 7 working days following despatch
- Outside of Europe – aim is to deliver within 14 working days following despatch
Standard delivery times are:
- West Europe – aim to deliver within 14 working days following despatch
- Rest of Europe – aim to deliver within 21 working days following despatch
- Outside of Europe – aim to deliver within 28 working days following despatch
Delivery by Priority is charged at £3.50 per order plus £3.50 per item.
Delivery by Standard is charged at £3.50 per order.
I have not received my order in the delivery time stated - how can I check the order status?

My delivery address is outside of Europe, how do I place an online order?
Please use the location check button on the top right hand corner of all of our websites and select the appropriate country for delivery. You will then be transferred automatically to the correct regional website.
