Information on creating and managing your account, at www.cambridge.org/login

How do I create a new account?

Go to the log-in page and you will be asked to create a new account by entering your name, email address and password.

How can I be reminded of my password?

Within 'Log in' select 'Send me my password'. Please enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you.

How do I change my password?

Within 'My account' please select 'Update personal details' and enter a new password. Select 'Save changes'.

Can I store more than one billing address?

Yes during checkout, you can create and store a billing address. Within 'My account' you can also view and create billing addresses.

How do I delete or amend a stored billing address?

Within 'My account' you can view, edit, and delete a stored billing address. Please note that when deleting or amending a stored billing address which has an 'Open order' connected to it, the amendment will apply to all open orders. Should you wish this to be updated, please contact Customer Services quoting the order reference and your account number.

Can I store more than one delivery address?

Yes. During checkout you can create and store a delivery address. Within 'My account' you can also view and create delivery addresses.

Within 'My account' you can view, edit, and delete a stored delivery addresses. Please note that when deleting or amending a stored delivery address which has an 'Open order' connected to it, the original address will be retained. Should you wish this to be updated, please contact Customer Services quoting the order reference and your account number.

In view and print orders, what are 'All orders'?

'All orders' lists all of your orders which have been placed online. The list is divided into 'Open orders' and 'Fulfilled orders'.

In view and print orders, what are 'Open orders'?

'Open orders' are all orders which have been placed online and contain title(s) which have not been supplied, either because the title has not yet been published, or because it is temporarily unavailable. The date of when the title will become available is displayed.

In view and print orders, what are 'Fulfilled orders'?

'Fulfilled orders' are all orders which have been placed online and contain title(s) which have been supplied. The date of when the order was placed is displayed.
