Information about ordering online.

How do I order online?

Please browse our websites, add titles to your basket and then checkout. You will be asked to log in. Complete your delivery details as instructed, enter your payment details and confirm your billing address. You will then be asked to confirm your order. Your credit or debit card payment is then authorised and your order is confirmed.

A confirmation email is sent to confirm that your order has been placed. When your order is despatched, a copy of the delivery invoice will be emailed to you.

How do I order online if I am a trade customer?

We offer a complete range of services in partnership with PubEasy, Nielsen BookNet and Batch. For more information please click here to order.

How do I order online if I am an author?

As an author, please use our AuthorNet website http://authornet.cambridge.org to order.

How do I order online if I am ordering for a school or college?

As a school, please refer to our Education website for ordering information or contact Customer Services.

My delivery address is outside of Europe, how do I place an online order?

Please use the location check button on the top right hand corner of all our websites and select the appropriate country for delivery. You will then be transferred automatically to the correct regional website.

I made a mistake in my online order!

To amend or cancel a completed online order, please contact Customer Services.

There was an error message while I was completing my order online, what do I do?

If you experienced problems while placing an order, please contact Customer Services.

What does 'Total charge for this transaction' mean?

This is the total amount payable for your order. Please be advised that the 'Available now subtotal' is the amount which will be charged to your credit or debit card now. The 'Preorders/temporarily unavailable subtotal' is the value of the unavailable titles in your basket. Your credit or debit card will be charged as each title becomes available and is despatched.
