This is a title which is not yet published. Please contact Customer Services to pre-order this title.
What is a temporarily unavailable title?
This is a title which has been published, but is currently temporarily out of stock. The title can be ordered and despatched when the stock is replenished.
Can I order a title which is not yet published?
Yes, please add the item(s) to your basket and proceed to checkout. Your order will be recorded and a confirmation email will be sent. When the title is published, your credit or debit card will be charged and the order will be despatched. A further email will be sent to confirm the despatch.
Can I order a title which is temporarily unavailable?
Yes, please add the item(s) to your basket and proceed to checkout. Your order will be recorded and a confirmation email will be sent. When the title(s) becomes available, your credit or debit card will be charged and the order will be despatched. A further email will be sent to confirm the despatch.
How can I view my orders which have not been supplied?
Click on 'My account' and select 'View orders'. Your order, which has been placed online but has not yet been supplied will be listed, under the heading 'Open orders'.
I have pre-ordered a title, how can I cancel this order?
