Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices on this site are updated regularly but are subject to alteration without notice. You will be charged the price that is valid on despatch of your order that may differ from the price quoted on this site.

What if the title I need is temporarily unavailable?

When a title in your order is temporarily unavailable you can still order it. We will hold your order details for that title until it is available. If you place your order by phone, fax or mail using a credit card, you will not be charged for a title until it is physically despatched. In some cases a postal charge may be deducted in advance. Note that if a price is shown for these items, this is for guidance only and may be revised when it becomes available.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay by:

  • Credit card – we accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard
  • Cheque or Money Order – these transactions may take a little longer to process

How long will it take to receive my order?

Pending availability of stock:

Within Australia, your order should take between five and seven working days to arrive.

New Zealand shipments are airfreighted weekly on Thursdays. Allow one to two weeks for delivery.

For other destinations, time frames are available on request.

What if my book does not arrive?

When making enquiries please provide the following details: your account number (if available), your company name, your name (if a personal order has been placed), order number, the ISBN and title of the book you have ordered and payment details.

I am a bookseller. How do I open a credit account?

Cambridge University Press has strict terms of trade that are available upon request on enquiries@cambridge.edu.au
