Rates	Tariff
Rate with lunch	£35 per person, including buffet lunch, tea, coffee and biscuits, and use of all our conference equipment.
Rate without lunch	£25 per person, including tea, coffee and biscuits, and use of all our conference equipment
Room-only rate - 9-5pm	£450 including use of all our conference equipment
Room-only rate - half day	£250 including use of all our conference equipment
Evening rates	£15-£25 per person, including wine and canapés
Private Evening Functions	£350 from 7pm - midnight to include a fully staffed bar

Prices for individual sports facilities available on request

Prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%
