My dictionary won't change from QUICKfind mode back to FULL VIEW mode.

Symptoms

When I click the FULL VIEW icon in the grey toolbar of the QUICKfind window, nothing happens. My dictionary does not switch back to the full view.

Solution

Windows XP/Vista:

"In your taskbar (the blue bar at the bottom of your screen), you will see two taskbar icons--one that says 'Dictionnaire Cambridge...' and one that says 'Cambridge Klett Compact...'.

1. Right-click the one that says 'Dictionnaire Cambridge...', and choose CLOSE.
2. Click the FULL VIEW icon in the Dictionnaire QUICKfind window. This will open the full Dictionnaire window.
3. You can then minimize or close the QUICKfind window."
