C.
Pair work
When you stay in a hotel, what are the most important facilities for you? Talk with a partner.

Teacher's notes

The object is to familiarize students with the vocabulary of hotel facilities. It is also a lead-in to the following activity: Phoning a hotel.

When students have completed B, get them to expand their answers using 'because...', e.g., "Air conditioning is important for me because I usually travel to Africa and it's very hot."

You could bring the activity to a close by asking students around the class and listing the top five facilities on the board.
