Update on slowness and intermittent errors on the Cambridge LMS

We are aware that some users have experienced slowness on the CLMS or have encountered intermittent 504, 503 or 502 errors in the last few days. We have made some changes to the platform to tackle the issues and to stabilise the CLMS. However, users may still experience slowness at certain times.

Teachers and Administrators performing administrative tasks (e.g. adding users to a class, creating classes) might be seeing the error "form not found" being returned – this is an intermittent issue and it can be resolved in certain cases by re-loading the page.

Urgent investigations continue and we will make more necessary changes to completely solve the issues as soon as possible. We will be posting updates on the CLMS Status page and through system notifications.

We apologise for these issues and for any inconvenience that they might be causing.

Limited access to tests in the CLMS on 25 April 2018

Cambridge Assessment English are making improvements to the Metrica platform, which is integrated with some courses on the CLMS. As a result between 9am and 10am BST on 25 April all tests in Empower, Touchstone, Viewpoint, and Testbank may load slowly or not work as expected. We recommend that you do not use them during this time. All other parts of these courses will work as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
