Four books from Cambridge's Psychology list have been selected by leading higher education magazine, Times Higher Education, as among the best academic textbooks for relevant courses published in the last year.

The 2011 Psychology & Psychiatry Textbook Guide recommends:

Cross-Cultural Psychology: Research and Applications (3rd Edition) by John W. Berry, Ype H. Poortinga , Seger M. Breugelmans , Athanasios Chasiotis and David L. Sam

Human Intelligence by Earl Hunt

An Introduction to Gerontology edited by Ian Stuart-Hamilton

Human Learning and Memory by David A. Lieberman
