Business and Public Policy
- General Editor: Aseem Prakash, University of Washington
- Readership: Political economy, management studies, public policy, international relations
- Level: academic researchers, graduate students, undergraduate students
This series aims to play a pioneering role in shaping the emerging field of business and public policy. Business and Public Policy focuses on two central questions. First, how does public policy influence business strategy, operations, organization, and governance, and with what consequences for both business and society? Second, how do businesses themselves influence policy institutions, policy processes, and other policy actors and with what outcomes? We welcome manuscripts whose scope might be national, comparative, or international. These submissions might focus on a given issue area or compare across issue areas. Given the multi-disciplinary nature of the field, we are particularly interested in books which appeal to multiple audiences located in social science departments, business schools, public policy schools, and law schools. For inquiries on submissions, please contact Aseem Prakash (aseem@u.washington.edu).
