FAQs

Q: The book I am interested in has not been published yet. Can I still place an order?

A: You certainly can. Orders for books not yet published are recorded in our system. The book will be sent automatically once it becomes available. You can track availability by looking the title up on our website www.cambridge.org/uk, which is updated daily. Please make sure you notify us using the form on this site if you change your address in the time it takes for the book to be published.

Q: Will I have to pay anything to receive review copies?

A: Books for review are sent at no cost, and postage is free.

Q: I have ordered some books but they have not arrived.

A: If the title is in stock it will be sent using Airmail for overseas; please allow a minimum of two weeks for delivery. Orders within the UK are despatched via DPD UK and are usually delivered within a week. All orders are despatched to the main address associated with your account number. If the book you requested has not arrived after this period please contact reviewcopy@cambridge.org.

Q: I need multiple copies of a book; how can I obtain them?

A: Requests for multiple copies would only be accepted under special circumstances and are considered on an individual basis. Please let us know by e-mailing reviewcopy@cambridge.org.

Q: The book I am interested in is older than 2 years old. Is it still possible to obtain a review copy?

A: Requests for backlist titles would only be accepted under special circumstances and are considered on an individual basis. Please contact us via e-mail on reviewcopy@cambridge.org.
