Ordering

To place your order, follow the simple steps described below.

  • Find the title(s) you want
    • Browsing
      • If you want to browse the catalogue, click on the Home link and look around the site until you find the title(s) you want.
    • Searching
      • Use the search facility to find the title(s) you want.
  • Add the title(s) to your basket
    • Titles will be displayed either singly or in a list. For single titles click on the Add to Basket button.
  • Your shopping basket
    • You can add more titles to your basket by entering the information about the title in the Title/Author/ISBN window.
    • Once you are happy with your order, click 'Checkout' to proceed to the next stage.
  • Customer administration
    • This is a five stage process. You will need to give us your address, the address to which the item is to be delivered and credit card details, or if you are already registered you can login and use the details we currently hold for you.
    • If you have forgotten your password use our Forgotten Password facility.
  • Order confirmation
    • You will be able to amend all details at this step.
    • Once you are happy that everything in your order is correct, click 'Place order'.
  • Order processing
    • Your will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details of that order.
