Schools in the UK
Schools in the UK can place an order in a number of ways:
- Through your local Sales Consultant
- Through our Customer Services team
- Through our online ordering service using a credit card payment

Credit Card Ordering
You can order online using a credit card. Just click on the "Add to Basket" button when viewing the catalogue information for the titles you are interested in. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Evaluation Service
For Books
Book resources that can be adopted for class use are available on 30 days’ inspection. You have 30 days to evaluate each title, then either:
- keep it free if you order 15 or more copies
- pay for it, or
- return it in good condition.
To order inspection copies contact your local Sales Consultant or Customer Services (see contact details above).
For CD-ROMs and Software
Software may be evaluated on 30 days’ approval. After 30 days titles may be either paid for, or returned in good condition. All approval copies will be sent with an invoice.

Please note: Inspection and/or approval copies cannot be sent to home addresses, and return postage is at your school’s own expense.
eLearning credits
You can continue to use eLearning Credits to purchase software items until August 2008. If you are using eLCs to purchase a product using this order form, please tick the box marked eLCs at the bottom of each page, and indicate the amount of eLCs you are using. Alternatively, order by phone, fax or email stating that you wish to pay using eLCs, and this will be recorded on your invoice.
VAT
VAT will be charged at the UK Standard Rate on non-book items e.g. CD-ROMs, posters, audio CDs.
Schools Overseas
Schools outside of the UK can place firm orders and inspection copies through their normal supplier or local Cambridge University Press Office. To contact your local agent visit the ‘Contact A Sales Consultant’ page.
Booksellers
