When does the graduate programme open for applications?
You can apply for the graduate programme from 16 January 2017.
When and where do the assessment centres take place?
The assessment is located at our Pitt Building in the heart of Cambridge, and will be held on 11 and 12 April 2017.
If my application is successful, when do I start?
If you application is successful, the start date will be September 2017
Are there any the minimum degree requirements?
There is a minimum degree requirement of 2:1.
When can I expect to hear about the status of my application?
All applicants will be informed by the end of February 2017.
Are there any additional professional qualifications I can gain throughout the graduate programme?
Although there are no academic qualifications, individuals will receive a personalised development programme incorporating future career goals designed to accelerate their learning for future potential within the company.
Will I be expected to work outside the UK during my placements?
Depending on the placement there may be an opportunity to work outside the UK in our Global organisation, therefore individuals will need to have a flexible approach to work.
What is the salary for being a graduate?
The entry level salary for the Graduate scheme is £26,000.00 p.a.
What will happen at the end of the programme?
All Graduates will transition to a role within the organisation utilising the skills and experience they have gained throughout the programme.
