By user631863489374 Administrator teacher Excellent resource, provides a load of info to do what it says on the tin - make the transition from teacher to manager.
My only niggle is that it could have had more links to other resources. The references & further reading section is 5 pages long, which is great, but some points in the book are not referenced which makes further investigation more difficult.
However, its easily the best book on the subject that I have seen.
