How can I order?

Order Online

Simply browse the site until you find the item(s) you want to order, and click on the Add to Basket button on the product page. Once you have added all the titles you want, you can order directly from us by submitting an Order Request Form from this site or pay directly via credit or debit card.

Please note you cannot pay via credit or debit card for institution only products, a school account must be set up in order to purchase these products.

Order Through Your Local Sales Consultant

North and South American customers can also place an order through their local sales consultant. You can find your local sales consultant by selecting your Local Authority to display the contact details for your local sales consultant.

What if a product has not yet published?

If your order contains items that are not yet published or out of stock, these will be delivered to you as soon as they become available. We will only charge you for the item(s) when we despatch your order.

If your order contains a subscription item that has not yet published, you will receive confirmation of your order immediately via email. You will then receive your login details via email once the product has been published.

You can view the availability by checking the ‘available from’ date for the component on this site.

 

What happens after an order is placed?

After you have completed your purchase, you can print out your order summary or email confirmation if you wish to keep a paper receipt. You will also receive a VAT receipt with your order.

Physical product
Orders for a physical items, including a book or CD-ROM, will usually be despatched within 7 days. You will also receive a printed confirmation of your order with details of what has been delivered.

If your order contains items that are not yet published or out of stock, these will be delivered to you as soon as they are published or become available. We will only charge you for the item(s) when we despatch your order.

Online Subscription product
When you have purchased a subscription product, such as Cambridge Elevate or GCSE Mathematics Online subscriptions, your subscription access details will be sent via email to your selected administrator email address.

If the order for the subscription item(s) has been pre-ordered and is not yet published, you will receive confirmation of your order immediately via email. You will then receive your login details via email once it has been published.
