ORDERS FROM INDIVIDUALS
All orders from individuals must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit card (AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA, or MASTERCARD).
Credit card customers may call (800) 872-7423. Shipping & Handling charges within US & Canada are $6.50 for the first book and $1.75 for each additional book.
Orders shipped to California, New York, Washington, and Canada must add the appropriate sales and local tax.
Individuals can also order online.
ORDERS FROM SCHOOLS, BOOKSTORES, AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS
On-line ordering for schools and bookstores is not available at this time.

Schools and bookstores with established accounts may call toll free (800) 872-7423.
Customers who want to set up new accounts may call the Credit Department toll free (800) 872-7423
All orders should provide the following information:
- Account # (if known)
- Complete bill-to name and address
- Complete ship-to name and address (if different)
- Name, title, phone, and email of the person(s) placing the order
- School purchase order number
- ISBN per title
- Full title and author name
- Quantity, per title
- Special instructions, if any
Books will be shipped UPS or Fed Ex Ground unless other method is requested.
Terms are net 30 days, F.O.B. shipping point.
