For each unit of the In the Know Student’s Book, there is one supplementary activity for you to download, photocopy, and use in the classroom. Each activity has been specially designed to be fun, creative, lively, and interactive.

INFORMATION GAP ACTIVITIES

Several activities are information gap activities, in which Student A has some information and Student B has some other information. In these cases, after you print the activity, you will have to cut the page so that you create two pieces of paper: one to be given to Student A and one to be given to Student B. ACTIVITIES WITH GAME PIECES

Several activities are games. In these activities, you may have to cut the page into several small sets of game pieces. If you want to reuse these game pieces, print each set on different colored paper to make it easy for you to gather up the game pieces into sets for later use. ACTIVITIES WITHOUT GAME PIECES

Some activities do not need any special preparation. These can just be downloaded, copied, and distributed to the students.
