Orders From Individuals:
All orders from individuals must be prepaid by check, money order,
VISA or MasterCard. Credit card customers may also call 800 872
7423 (minimum order $25.00). Shipping in the USA is $5.00 for the
first book and $1.00 each additional book. Residents of California
and New York must add the appropriate sales tax.
Online Ordering:
Web orders are not eligible for discounts. However, if you would
like to place an on-line order (VISA or Mastercard only) please
