What are the transit times?

Expected delivery times for standard shipping are as follows:

•  - US & Canada: within 2 weeks
•  - Mexico: within 6-8 weeks
•  - Central & South America: within 6-8weeks

What is the cost of Shipping & Handling?

Shipping & Handling charges within US & Canada are $6.50 for the first book and $1.75 for each additional book.

Shipping & Handling charges within Mexico, Central America and South America are $9.50 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book.
