What are my payment options?
We accept payment by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Canadian customers will be billed in Canadian dollars all other customers will be billed in US dollars. Payment for this invoice should be sent to Customer Services.
Where can I find the security code on my card?
The card security code is a unique three or four-digit number printed on your debit/credit card. This will either be a 3 digit code printed at the top of the signature strip on the reverse of the card or in the case of AmEx a 4digit number printed on the front of the card, above the account number.
My credit or debit card has declined authorisation.
