In Memoriam: Elinor Ostrom, 1933-2012

Cambridge University Press regrets to announce the passing of eminent political economist Elinor Ostrom, who died June 12 at the age of 78. Ostrom was the first -- and only -- woman to win the Nobel Prize in Economics, a distinguished Indiana University faculty member, and a Cambridge author.
