World Trade Organization Legal Texts

The Agreements negotiated in the Uruguay Round will govern world trade into the twenty-first century and form the framework of the World Trade Organization (WTO). Every international trade lawyer needs to access the official texts of each of the agreements reached at the conclusion of the Uruguay Round in December 1993. The Final Act of the Uruguay Round was signed as the Marrakesh Agreement in 1994 which lead to the estabishment of the WTO as an official international organisation with effect from January 1, 1995.First published by the GATT Secretariat in 1994 and already reprinted by the WTO many times since 1995, The Legal Texts of the WTO are again reprinted by Cambridge University Press.Future editions will be co-published by Cambridge University Press with the WTO.
