Modernist Studies Association Conference 2020

Welcome

Hello and welcome!  We hope that you and families are keeping well in the era of social distancing.  In light of COVID-19 we've decided to take our exhibit stands online.  It’s not like being at the event in person, but we hope it offers at least some semblance of normality during this challenging time.  Below you will find a list of the books we would have had on display, as well as information on who to contact if you are interested in publishing with us.  We've also increased our online discount so that being at home doesn't mean you have to miss out on conference prices, if you're in the market for a good book that is.  If not, then perhaps just close your eyes for a moment and pretend you’re in the exhibit hall, about to head off to the wine reception or grab a coffee….

And now that you've got yourself that all important drink, how about a quick word from one of our editors:

Message from the editor

Each year it is a pleasure to renew acquaintance with the delegates of the MSA and with the Modernist and 20th century authors around whom the MSA conference is organized. The conference is always impressive: wide in scope with new ideas being applied to the established figures of the Modernist literary canon. I'm very sorry to miss this year’s conference in Brooklyn, in my home town of NYC. We will return in 2021. There you will find the most extensive list on Modernist literature in academic publishing. We try to ensure that the CUP list is   relevant, developing and challenging. As always, I look forward to discussing that list with you, and to hearing of new approaches to the study of the Modernist literary canon.

Journals

If journals are more your thing, then here are a few that we think might be of particular interest.

Conference Offers

30% Discount

We have increased our online discount to 30% to match the offer that would have been available to delegates at our conference stand.  Regrettably, the online offer is limited to certain countries (for the full list of the countries included in the offer please see  www.cambridge.org/conferencediscount ), however our customer services team are more than happy to accept orders offline and will honour the discount for customers in all countries where trading sanctions do not apply.  Please contact orders@cambridge.org with your order details and reference the conference discount code noted below.

Free Shipping

It’s not your fault that you can’t buy a book from us in person at the moment so we will also be offering free shipping on all online orders for books included in this promotion.  For full terms and conditions please visit www.cambridge.org/freeconferencedelivery
