Banich survey- charity donation

The Survey will be live from the 24^th May 2019 (9:00am EST) to 7^th June 2019 (5pm EST), during which time participants will be able to donate $20 to their charity of preference from the three charities listed. Any votes made after this time will not be counted.

To select the charity, you will be required to complete the survey here https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CLB5SHM and select between one of the three charities. By selecting a charity you are pledging a donation of $20 by Cambridge University Press.

The charities eligible are limited to those listed below:

Habitat for Humanity https://www.habitat.org/

The Breast Cancer Research Foundation https://www.bcrf.org/

Pencil https://pencil.org/

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Within 28 days of the end of 7^th June 2019 Cambridge will count the number of votes for each charity and donate $20 per nomination. If you would like to find out about the total amount donated please contact Stephen Acerra after the 7^th June 2019 (sacerra@cambridge.org).

There shall be no cash substitute or alternative prize offered.

The donation is non-transferable and limited only to the charities listed. No purchase is necessary.

Employees of Cambridge University Press and associated companies will not be eligible to participate.

Participation in the charity donation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
