Elements in Leadership

Cambridge Elements in Leadership is multi- and inter-disciplinary, and will have broad appeal for leadership courses in schools of business, education, engineering, public policy, and in the social sciences and humanities. In addition to the scholarly audience, Elements will appeal to professionals involved in leadership development and training. The series features quick turnaround and publication (within twelve weeks following acceptance) - critical for attracting attention to 'cutting-edge' topics in leadership. Cambridge Elements in Leadership is published in partnership with the International Leadership Association (ILA) and the Møller Institute, Churchill College in the University of Cambridge.

General Editors: Ronald Riggio, Claremont McKenna College; Susan Elaine Murphy, University of Edinburgh
