Terms and Conditions: Win a Cambridge Philosophy Classic of your choice

1. Eligibility
1.1 All Twitter users who follow Cambridge University Press Philosophy and Tweet a screenshot of their personal jigsaw completion time along with #jigsawCPCwin to the official Cambridge University Press Philosophy account (@CambUP_PHILNYUK), or email it to philosophycompetitions@cambridge.org with the subject line #jigsawCPCwin, between Wednesday 18th November  00.00 GMT and Friday 27th November 00.00 GMT 2015 will be automatically entered into our prize draw to win one of three copies of a Cambridge Philosophy Classics book, from a selection of titles specified by Cambridge University Press.

1.2 Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
1.3 Entries are limited to one per person.
1.4 Entries must be submitted via Twitter or philosophycompetitions@cambridge.org and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
1.5 All entries must be received by 27th November 00:00 GMT 2015.

2. Prize Draw General Terms
2.1 There shall be no cash substitute or alternative prize offered.
2.1 The prize is non-transferable.
2.2 The three winners will be chosen based on the three fastest times to complete the jigsaw from all entries received by the closing date.
2.3 The three winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should Cambridge be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Cambridge reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.4 The prize draw is for 3 x copy of a Cambridge Philosophy Classics title from a selection specified by Cambridge University Press.

3. General
3.1 Cambridge will not sell your personal information to others or release it to others without your prior consent, and will only use your personal data as outlined in our privacy policy (see: http://www.cambridge.org/policy/privacy/).
3.2 Cambridge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revised version will be effective immediately that it is displayed on this website.
3.3 In the event that these Terms and Conditions are translated into any language other than English, the terms of the English Language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
3.4 Employees of Cambridge University Press and associated companies will not be eligible to participate.
3.5 These entry rules form part of the terms and conditions and it is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final.
3.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English laws. Any dispute arising out of the prize draw shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
3.7 The name and county of the winner will be available by sending an email to Customer Data and Marketing Services at mlist@cambridge.org or by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Customer Data and Marketing Services, Cambridge University Press, University Printing House, Shaftesbury Road, Cambridge, CB2 8RU, England.
3.8 In the event of any comments or questions concerning these Terms and Conditions, please contact us through the methods listed in 3.7.
