Originally published in 1929 as part of the Pitt Press Series, this book contains the French text of Molière's two-act comedy Depit amoureux. The play is introduced by Frederic Spenser, who also provides a reading guide at the back for some of the more archaic words and phrases in the piece. This book will be of value to anyone interested in seventeenth-century French comedy.
