

About the Cass Centre
The Cass Centre stands on the site of Cambridge University Press, the oldest printing and publishing house in the world. Located just a short distance from the beautiful medieval city of Cambridge, the Cass Centre provides an inspirational setting for a host of events including business meetings, conferences, exhibitions, team-building days, corporate social events and sports activities.
The Cass Centre is a contemporary building that is striking in its design and unique in its personality. Surrounded by immaculate private grounds the venue provides a modern working environment, in a peaceful location that is easily accessible from the city centre.

Business Facilities
The Cass Centre is a versatile venue that offers flexibility for various layouts.

We have a variety of AV equipment available at no extra cost, including a projector and large screen, 42” LCD TV, wi-fi, flipcharts and a PA system.
The Cass Centre offers a refreshing change from ordinary meeting rooms, and overlooks our sports and leisure facilities. Numerous windows allow maximum natural light into the venue. The venue offers a perfect location and ambience allowing visitors to focus on the event in hand.

Tariff
*Delegate rates – Includes tea, coffee and biscuits, and use of all AV equipment (minimum number of delegates 10)
Day with lunch: £45 per person.
Day rate with sandwich lunch: £38 per person
Day without lunch: £32 per person.
Half day with lunch: £32 per person.
Half day without lunch: £22 per person.
Room-only rates include use of all AV equipment
Day (up to 8 hours): £560
Hourly Rate (minimum 2 hours): £70 per hour

Drinks reception £18 per person (Nibbles and wine) or £30 per person (canapés and wine)
Private evening functions includes a staffed bar £450 (7pm – midnight) or £90 per hour.

Catering
We offer a variety of catering options for breakfast meetings, finger buffets and working lunches, and will happily cater for clients with special dietary requirements. Refreshments are available throughout the day.

Sport
The Cass Centre forms the focal point for a wide range of high-quality outdoor sporting facilities. These facilities are available to hire.
Our grounds are ideal for team-building events and the facilities include an all-weather, floodlit astroturf surface (suitable for tennis and five-a-side football), and cricket pitch.
A fitness studio is available to hire evenings and weekends (current classes include yoga, karate, self-defence, commercial dance and pilates).
The outside balcony provides a perfect setting for alfresco summer drinks and barbecues.

Private Evening Functions
The Cass Centre is available for private evening functions.
£450 (7pm – midnight) or £90 per hour. Prices include a fully staffed bar.
