New MRS Award in renewable energy technology

The Materials Research Society is excited to announce a new award – the MRS Nelson Buck Robinson Science and Technology Award for Renewable Energy – for early-career researchers who are passionate about renewable energy technology.

The $5,000 award recognizes a student (bachelor’s, master’s or PhD), postdoc, or other young professional (through five years following the highest degree attained) for the development of novel sustainable solutions for the realization of renewable sources of energy.

Award applications will be accepted from March 1–April 1. Required submission materials are a completed online application form, a two-page statement, a two-page CV, and two letters of support. More details are available on the MRS website.
