Extract

The collection was received through the Deputy Director of Agriculture (Research) and contained the following species, collected by the Assistant Entomologist, Rao Saheb Y. Ramachandra Rao:—

Pseudococcus citri (Risso), on grape vine.

Asterolecanium phoenicis, sp. n., on date palm.
