Vision for a national effort in high-throughput experimentation to accelerate materials development in the Materials Genome Initiative
Fulfilling the Promise of the Materials Genome Initiative via High-Throughput Experimentation
June 19, 2014

The following content is an outcome of the “Combinatorial Approaches to Functional Materials Workshop” held on May 5-6, 2014, in San Francisco. The workshop was co-organized by Applied Materials Inc., and the University of South Carolina with support from the National Science Foundation (NSF), the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and the Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP). The goal of the workshop was to assess current challenges and opportunities in combinatorial methodologies to support the Materials Genome Initiative.
