page 537 note 1 Two permanent stations are being erected in Great Britain: the first is a 100 kW. installation at Costa Hill, Orkney, and the second will be at Mynedd Anelog, Aberdaron, Caernarvonshire, Wales. The object of erecting the stations is to gain operational experience. The work is a co-operative effort on the part of the Ministry of Fuel and Power, the British Electricity Authority, the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board, the Electrical Research Association and the manufacturers.
