There were errors in Table 2 in the paper by Richards et al. (Reference Richards2008) for which the authors apologize. The data for the three secondary outcome measures at post-treatment were incorrectly reported using the same figures as those reported for the baseline measures in Table 1. The primary outcomes were reported correctly.
