L’Association canadienne de linguistique, qui a été fondée en 1955, a pour but de promouvoir l’étude des langues et de la linguistique au Canada. Le statut de membre de l’ACL donne droit à l’abonnement à la Revue canadienne de linguistique, publiée par Cambridge University Press à partir de 2016, et à la présentation de communications lors du congrès annuel de l’association.
The Canadian Linguistic Association, which was founded in 1955, has as its aim the promotion of the study of languages and linguistics in Canada. Membership in the CLA includes a subscription to the Canadian Journal of Linguistics, published by Cambridge University Press from 2016, and the right to give papers at the annual conference of the association.
