This official series contained the names, college affiliations, and dates of matriculation, of all living members of the University of Cambridge up to the date indicated in the title. The last-published volume, up to 31 July 1996, superseded the 'List of members up to 31 December 1994', and was itself supplemented later by a list of changes and additions in a 'Supplement up to 31 July 1998'. 'The Cambridge University List of Members' ceased publication in conventional form with this 'Supplement', and in future will make its details available on-line via the Registry of the University of Cambridge.
