APA Eastern Division Meeting Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the APA Eastern Division Meeting prize draw run between 7.30 EST on 4th January 2017 and 13.30 EST on 7th January 2017. Late entries will not be entered into the prize draw, but data still may be used.
This competition is run by the Chancellor Masters and Scholars of the University of Cambridge acting through its department Cambridge University Press of University Printing House, Shaftesbury Road, Cambridge, CB2 8BS, UK (‘Cambridge’).
To enter the prize draw, complete a Cambridge Alerts form at our APA Eastern Division stand from the 34th to the 7th January 2017.
Incomplete entry forms will be deemed invalid.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
This competition is open to anyone over the age of 16. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent to enter and claim your prize. Cambridge may ask the winner to provide proof of age.
The 2 winners of the prize draw will receive a Kindle Paperwhite e-reader, which will be sent to them at their chosen address. 3 runners up will also win their choice of 1 Cambridge University Press book from a list provided by the Press.
Each person entering the competition will be eligible to win 1 of 2 prizes offered in the prize draw.
The winners will be selected at random by Cambridge University Press after the APA Eastern Division Meeting.
By entering, the entrant agrees that we will publish the winners’ first name, surname, town and country.
The prize winners will be notified via email no later than 2 weeks after the entry deadline.
If there is no response from the winner, within 2 weeks from the date of the winning email notification, the win will be deemed void.
There shall be no cash substitute or alternative prize offered.
The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability.
No purchase is necessary.
Employees of Cambridge University Press and associated companies will not be eligible to participate.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and entrants to the prize draw submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Maryland.
