Simon Borg
Simon Borg is Professor of TESOL at the School of Education, University of Leeds. He has been involved in TESOL for 24 years, working as a teacher, teacher educator, lecturer, supervisor, examiner, consultant and researcher in several language teaching contexts around the world.
His key areas of research and professional activity in applied linguistics and TESOL are teacher cognition, teacher education, professional development, teacher research and research methods training. He has published widely on these topics and is also regularly invited to contribute to international conferences and workshops relevant to these themes.
