Students in the director's chair-part two

Students in the director's chair-part two

Date: Thursday 19 May

Time: 15:00

In this webinar Ceri Jones will take you through the practical stages of setting up, creating and feeding back on student video projects. We'll be looking at ways to maximise language use and practice while also making the most of our students' knowledge and experience as digital video consumers.

Ceri Jones is a freelance teacher, trainer and materials writer. She’s been working in ELT since 1986 and in Spain since 1998. She has written for a number of coursebook series for both adults and secondary and is particularly interested in student-centred materials and activities. She writes about her experiences and her experiments on her blog, Close Up (www.cerij.wordpress.com). Ceri has recently been working on Eyes Open and Uncover, new secondary courses for Cambridge University Press.
