Press-published titles lead PROSE Award category winners
The Association of American Publishers (AAP) recognized a leading seven titles published by Cambridge University Press as Subject Category Winners in the 2019 PROSE Awards.
The PROSE Awards, taking place annually since 1976, recognize the very best in professional and scholarly publishing by bringing attention to distinguished books, journals, and electronic content. Judged by peer publishers, librarians, and medical professionals, the PROSE Awards are unique in their breadth and depth.
Press titles won the categories of Music & Performing Arts, World History, Cosmology & Astronomy, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Single Volume Reference/Humanities and Textbook/Physical Sciences & Mathematics.
This follows a leading 21 finalists across 16 categories in this year’s awards and marks an increase over the six winners published by the Press selected in 2018.
