You will need to provide the Technical Support team with the following information:
- Your school name
- Your group name (if you have one)
- A detailed description of the problem with screenshots
- Your browser (and version number)

What are the technical requirements for running Cambridge Elevate online?
Cambridge Elevate web reader just requires a web browser and will work on Windows (7, 8.1, 10), Mac and Chrome operating systems. We recommend that you use the latest version of one of these web browsers: Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or Safari.
On Mac we only support Chrome and Safari browsers.
On Chrome OS we only support the Chrome browser. Please note that touch support on Chrome OS limited.
The minimum screen size required to use Cambridge Elevate on Desktops / Laptops is 800 x 600, however optimal use will be of higher resolutions.
What are the technical requirements for running the Cambridge Elevate tablet apps?
Cambridge Elevate is also available as a tablet version for iOS or Android from the Apple App or Google Play stores respectively. The Cambridge Elevate apps allow you to download content for offline use. For iPad use, you will require iOS 9.3.5 or later. For Android devices, you will need to have Android 6.0 or later.
Please note that our apps work on devices which are 7" screen or greater; they are not available for mobile use. Please note that you will need to register an account in a desktop web browser before logging in on the tablet apps.
