Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic we have seen an unprecedented demand in the CLMS usage, leading to a 100% increase in logins between 4:00pm (GMT) and 7:00pm (GMT). Our team has responded to this demand by increasing the capacity of the platform and we’re working hard to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly at all times.
In preparation for further growth in demand, we’re considering some measures to unlock further capacity such as increasing the time to deliver reports to 12 hours. This will enable us to produce reports during low-usage hours and free up processing power during peak times when our users need us the most. We kindly ask you to request your reports with sufficient notice to avoid inconvenience.
