ISC 'win a book' terms and conditions


1. Eligibility 
1.1 Cambridge reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel an offer at any time. 
1.2 Incomplete entry forms will be deemed invalid.
1.3 Entries are limited to one per person.  
1.4 Entries must be submitted via a business card or Cambridge Alerts card or via a online form, and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
1.5 All entries must be received by 3rd August 2018.  

2. Prize Draw General Terms 
2.1 There shall be no cash substitute or alternative prize offered.
2.1 The prize is non-transferable.
2.2 The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. 
2.3 The winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date of the prize draw. Should Cambridge be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Cambridge reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. 
2.4 There will be two prize draws in total - one for entries received from social media links - posted on twitter and LinkedIn, and one for entries received at the conference booth at ISC 2018.

2.5 For each of the two prize draws, the prize is for at least one book from the Cambridge University Press Academic website up to the value of £150/$200

3. General 
3.1 Cambridge will not sell your personal information to others or release it to others without your prior consent, and will only use your personal data as outlined in our privacy policy (see: http://www.cambridge.org/policy/privacy/).
3.2 Cambridge reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revised version will be effective immediately that it is displayed on this website.
3.3 In the event that these Terms and Conditions are translated into any language other than English, the terms of the English Language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
3.4 Employees of Cambridge University Press and associated companies will not be eligible to participate. 
3.5 These entry rules form part of the terms and conditions and it is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final. 
3.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English laws. Any dispute arising out of the prize draw shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
