4 Principles of Engaging Online Task Design

4 Principles of Engaging Online Task Design

Date: Tuesday 8 September

Time: 15:00

What is the point of working together online? Why do it more than once? And what will students and teachers get out of it? This webinar looks at how we can design valuable online tasks that will engage learners, foster independence and further their language skills while giving us tremendous insight into our learners' capabilities, interests and lives.

Deirdre Cijffers is a teacher trainer who has been involved in teaching and teacher development for the last 14 years and has taught English in 7 countries over the course of her career. She has an MA in Online and Distance Education and has used blended learning with both students and teachers. She now works with teachers and institutions to help them get the best out of teaching and learning online.
