Robert Gear

Robert and Jolene Gear have worked as teachers of English to nonnative speakers since the mid 1970s. They taught in Japan and Mexico before studying for MA degrees at the University of Northern Iowa and undertaking further studies at the University of Texas at Austin. Since then, they have held positions at colleges and universities in Kuwait, Bahrain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Finland, and Oman.
