Successful communication is key to a successful future for our young learners – in a social and an academic context. In this session, we will explore some of the barriers that may prevent young learners from speaking in the EFL classroom and provide tips for overcoming these barriers. Come prepared to have fun and learn a lot.

Lesley Koustaff and Susannah Reed have more than fifty years' teaching and writing experience between them, and have most recently worked together on the new Cambridge course Guess What!.
