Award-winning publishing 

Cambridge University Press publishes over 1,500 new and highly regarded titles a year.  The quality of our publishing is reflected by the number of awards that Cambridge titles are nominated for and receive, across multiple subject areas.

Our academic titles have won over 540 awards and honourable mentions since 2014, and we consistency achieve great success at both the annual PROSE and Choice awards. 

Publisher of over 60 Nobel Prize Laureates

We are proud to have published over 60 Nobel Prize Laureates, who have contributed in more than 100 titles.  Nobel Prize Laureates who have published with Cambridge include Albert Einstein, Steven Weinberg, Douglass C North and Angus Deaton, to name just a few.

In 2017, two Press authors were jointly awarded the Nobel Prize.  Kip S. Thorne, editor of Quantum Measurement was jointly awared the Nobel Prize in Physics, and Joachim Frank, editor of Molecular Machines in Biology was also jointly awared the Nobel Prize in Chemistry.

In 2018, co-author of the Press-published Industrial Pricing in the United Kingdom, William Nordhaus, shared the Nobel Prize for Economic Sciences.
