ÂAs part of this process you must download an installer file to your desktop. Please download this software update.Installing classware on Mac OSX 10.13
If you are unable to install the software on Mac OSX 10.13 or later, please follow the relevant instructions in the document below.
"Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported" error message
"Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported -Â The installer cannot run in this UI mode. To specify the interface mode, use the -i command-line option, followed by the UI mode identifier. The vaild UI modes identifiers are GUI, Console, and Silent."
If you encounter this error message, please follow the instructions below:
- Right click the installer file
- Select Properties
- Click on the compatibility Tab
- Select the "Run this Program in Compatibility Mode for" tick box
- Choose Windows 7 (or an earlier operating system) from the drop down list
- Select "apply"
- Double-click your installer file
"No content" error message
"No content"
If you encounter this error message, please follow the instructions below:
- When you receive the "no content" error message, select Browse
- Use the Browse tool to navigate to the location in which you installed the content originally. By default this is: Programs x86 > Cambridge > Cambridge Content
